Goal:
Improve current practices in urban planning and design
so as to combine emissions reductions with improving
quality of life.

Major finding:

This goal can be achieved if social learning within and
between cities is fostered step by step so as to gradually
increase economic incentives while enlarging the scope
for lifestyle changes.

Funding agents:
